At
present, the economic and political situation in Peru is not very good.
So, during an interview in Arequipa, one reporter asked emotionally,
"Is Master Ching Hai aware of the unstable situation in Peru? How
is She going to help us?" We answered, "Master say that morality
is the foundation of politics. By practicing the Quan Yin Method, we
can save our country and our people in a fundamental way, through the
high vibrations of the Inner Light and Sound, which can develop our
love, wisdom, and power." Upon hearing this, the reporter's attitude
changed immediately and to his listeners, he said, "We need spiritual
practice."
For these
video seminars, Peruvian initiates worked with strong motivation and
a Quan Yin messenger's assistance, contributed money (in most cities),
exerted great personal effort, printed flyers, rented venues, made each
seminar a great success, and learned much from their experience.

Each
initiate expressed a sincere longing for Master's future presence in
Peru. One sister initiate held her hands together, kowtowing again and
again as she spoke of Master. Although she had never seen Master in
person, we could feel the close bonds between them. The contact person
in Puno could hardly keep from crying when she thought of Master's compassion
and love. The Quan Yin messenger persuaded her to hold back her tears,
for her sore eyes would sadden Master, and instead suggested that she
laugh more because Master wants us to be happy. It was very touching
to see the sincerity other initiates expressed toward Master as well.
We
pray that God will bless these kind, sincere, and pure-hearted brothers
and sisters and fulfill their wish to see Master in the near future.
