Should
you feel yourself not being compassionate enough, then train yourself,
starting at home, for instance. Usually, when you have some good food,
you eat it first without considering other people. Starting from today,
first ask other people whether they want it. Or, previously, you often
gave priority to doing things that you liked. Starting from now, first
ask other people what they like, and then do it for them; give consideration
to yourself after everyone else. That's it--it's very simple!
