[Santiago] Fellow initiates in Chile found great encouragement from a recent visit by a Quan Yin messenger. While immersed in joy, they remembered to share Master's teachings by holding a video seminar at the Queen's Cultural Center in the capital city of Santiago on July 13, 2002.

With the assistance of Mr. Juan Victor Manual, Director of the city's Cultural Center, fellow initiates quickly completed all the preparations for the event. A total of 8,000 flyers were distributed within a week's time. The seminar received a warm response and a large number of the guests asked to learn the Convenient Method. During the activity, many people became interested in vegetarianism and asked for vegetarian recipes. In particular, the Director of the Cultural Center was highly excited about the event and offered to assist in promoting the vegetarian diet at the Center.

Although an initiation session had just been held a week earlier in Serena, a city to the north of Santiago, another initiation was held the day after the seminar as well. Most of the would-be initiates were from remote cities around Chile, and one even came all the way from Argentina. After the session, all the new initiates were very grateful for Master's blessings and love, and some immediately joined in the work of the local Center, thus demonstrating their faith in Master and Her teachings.
