[Quebec, Canada]On Saturday, February 1, 2003,
the first day of the city's Chinese New Year festival, initiates from
the Montreal Center held a humanitarian activity to express our compassionate
and generous Master's undying interest in the well-being of the homeless,
by distributing Her donation of US$3000.

Each year, Master also sends gifts to Aulacese
artists and those working in the media. So as usual, at the beginning
of the Chinese New Year, we visited their homes, bringing them Master's
special New Year's gifts, red envelopes (a traditional Chinese offering
containing money) and Her unconditional love. The recipients then asked
us to convey their heartfelt thanks to Master for remembering them through
Her loving presents.
Local initiates also traveled by car through
the streets and by foot along the metro lines in and around metropolitan
Montreal, distributing specially-prepared vegetarian sandwiches and
warm clothing to the poor. At the end of the day, the fellow practitioners
concluded their gift distribution at The Salvation Army, an institution
devoted to serving hot meals to the homeless. For both the initiates
and their less fortunate brothers and sisters, the activity turned out
to be an unforgettable expression of Master's boundless love, which
spread like sunrays and brought smiles of happiness and gratitude to
the faces of the beneficiaries.

The next afternoon, the Montreal Center
rented an exposition booth at the Hippodrome de Montreal, where many
needy families, mostly new arrivals to Canada, were invited to come
and receive Master's love and New Year's gifts. A thank you letter was
then given to Master from all the recipients, stating their gratitude
and warm wishes to Her for the New Year.
