Promoting Love and Alternative Living
At a Food Fair

The Muang Thong Thani Impact Arena hosts an annual Food Fair in which thousands of international buyers and import-export traders have a chance to do business with Thai food companies. The Food Fair was held on May 20 and 21, Golden Year 3 (2006). This year, the Bangkok fellow initiates had the opportunity to have a beautiful booth next to the Chef’s Choice, a vegetarian canned food and dry food company owned by one of our brother initiates. Moreover, our booths were very auspiciously located right across from one of the most famous vegetarian frozen meat companies: YOTA Vegetarian Foods.

Our booth featured a projector and large screen on which we showed DVDs of Master’s video lectures, concerts, charitable work and disaster relief activities. Visitors could see the screen from far away in the hall and it was quite the attraction. Upon seeing Master on the screen, many people stopped to watch the DVD conference and ask us questions. Visitors were greeted with loving attention and everyone interested received an Alternative Living leaflet.

Usually people who participate in the expo are not supposed to promote each other’s products, but with Master’s grace, this year, after having been informed of our goal of promoting a vegetarian diet, the YOTA Vegetarian Foods’ staff happily let us display our Alternative Living leaflets right next to their own brochures. As our brothers and sisters were distributing the flyers near our booth, the YOTA Vegetarian Foods’ staff was cooking fragrant and healthy bites of frozen vegetarian food mostly made of soy protein and/or gluten flour. Master’s blessing power was so incredibly strong in creating a very warm and loving atmosphere at our booth that the hearts’ of the shoppers were being touched as they were looking at Her posters, publications, videos, etc., or talking to the initiates All the fellow initiates were filled with a sense of heavenly joy and tranquility.

In conclusion, the Bangkok initiates who participated in the 2006 Food Fair activity are sincerely thankful to Master for having had the chance to share Her teachings so that Her love can touch many lives in this country and they are looking forward to continuing to share Master’s divine message with the world.
