[Daegu] May 31 to June 3, Association members from Daegu Center participated in Daegu International Food Industry Exhibition held at Daegu EXCO.
During this event, we distributed in total about 25,000 sample booklets, 500 news magazines, and a lot of Alternative Living and Supreme Master Television flyers to visitors. As people’s consciousness elevates, this year’s event received much more positive and active response from visitors. People liked the soy meats provided in our booth very much and many of them think vegetarianism is beneficial and a healthy way of living.
TBC broadcasting company introduced our activity about vegetarianism
on TV news on the first day of the event. 
[Daejeon] On June 6, Golden Year 4 (2007), at Pyoung Song Youth Center, Daejeon Center carried out a large video seminar in cooperation with fellow initiates from other Centers.
To prepare for the seminar, fellow initiates distributed about 136,000 flyers and put up about 8,000 posters promoting the seminar in and around Daejeon City. Thus, the city became an ocean of Master Ching Hai’s love; almost every citizen had the opportunity to see the poster at least once.
Hundreds of local people came to the seminar. Many of them
were practitioners of meditation or yoga; some had already searched the
Korean Quan Yin website, and even before coming to the seminar, had decided
to learn the Convenient Method of meditation and get initiation. The attendees
watched one of Master’s video lectures with much concentration,
and many learned the Convenient Method afterwards.

With deep compassion for animals and concerned about repeated outbreaks
of epidemic diseases among animals and humans, Master has offered
the world a fundamental solution to the problem by personally designing
a friendly but convincing leaflet entitled “Alternative Living”
to remind people to choose the vegetarian diet and stop killing
in order to overcome global medical crises and save our fellow beings.
Master has also instructed all initiates to share this message with
their brothers and sisters in every corner of the world. In response,
the practitioners have initiated an all-out effort to share Her
words of love. |
To keep pace with the planet’s ongoing spiritual elevation, the local centers of The Supreme Master Ching Hai International Association are holding more and more video seminars and other Truth-sharing events.
