Some time ago at the
Florida Center, we had a wonderful time with Master. She enlightened us
about our shortcomings as well as other interesting matters that we often
overlook in our daily lives. As we worked to develop the small island
in the middle of the Center's lake into farmland, She helped us understand
that our job could be accomplished easily and smoothly if we considered
environmental factors in our project. From this incident, we learned to
greatly cherish all the resources and food bestowed on us by God.

When Master
finds time to eat amidst Her hectic schedule, She always invites
us to enjoy the time with Her. |
On
Master's instructions, we cleaned up some of the old houses at the Center
and worked to beautify the environment. We even rebuilt an old stable
by the pine grove into an ideal place for recreation and tea-drinking.
Sometimes Master shared jokes, barbecued, and sang songs with us.
We
all laughed with childlike freedom as if we could continue all night,
which we usually did by watching movies! Afterwards Master sometimes
explained the spiritual morals within the movies that added more profound
meaning to somewhat ordinary stories.
Later
Master explained to us that Her true nature is just like this, by which
She meant, always happy, humorous, child-like, free-spirited and having
fun. Master also told us that it is not always necessary for Her to
teach us through lectures; the true teaching can also be transmitted
merely through Her physical presence among us, and a relaxed and joyful
atmosphere is sufficient for Master to work invisibly, blessing each
one of us.
During
this time, a number of incredible incidents occurred. As hurricanes
headed toward Florida one after another, television newscasts reported
that highways were becoming congested with cars carrying people fleeing
the area; gas stations had run out of gas; and stores and supermarkets
had closed early because their shelves had become empty. Incredibly,
though, nothing happened! The weather remained calm and peaceful. The
strong hurricanes had changed course and disappeared into the ocean.
This was especially strange, since there were no topographical obstructions
in Florida to divert such strong hurricanes from their predicted course.
We had to thank God and cherish Hiers grace and remind each other not
to engage in aquacultural operations or other industries that involve
killing, since the exploitation of resources and underground water by
the aquaculture industry causes many serious problems, such as land
subsidence, where houses cave in, and earthquakes caused by movements
of the earth's crust and fissures. One might conclude that vegetarianism
is indeed beneficial to the world!
