[Japan] When carnations were in full bloom to add more color to Mother's Day around the world, fellow practitioners of the Tokyo Center held a birthday celebration entitled "Mother of the Great Earth", after their regular group meditation session. They praised the great love of Master with their singing, which also expressed their utmost gratitude to our merciful Master for physically gracing this secular world, in Her endeavor to deliver sentient beings back to the other shore. Fellow practitioners brought with them lots of prepared food to be shared with everyone, and all were extremely satisfied in body, mind, and spirit.

[Korea] Fellow initiates from Seoul celebrated Master's birthday with a program featuring poetry recitation, singing, a Korean flute solo, a puzzle game, and rhythmic storytelling to the accompaniment of clapping. After the show, everyone sang the song "Master's Blessing" to express their gratitude for Master's love and blessing. The celebrations concluded when all initiates stood before a large photo of Master to sing Happy Birthday and cut the birthday cake.

[Malaysia and Singapore] Fellow practitioners from Singapore and the Malaysian cities of Penang, Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur, and Sarawak recently held a joint three-day retreat in a waterfall resort in Malaysia to pray for world peace and continued harmony between the two neighboring countries. The retreat ended on Mother's Day, which was also Master's birthday. Liaison Practitioners from both countries cut the vegetarian birthday cake made to celebrate the occasion, and to symbolize the harmonious and co-operative spirit among human beings. Fellow initiates also greatly enjoyed the program that followed.
