To whom it may concern:

Received check number 092576103 for fifty thousand U.S. Dollars from Su-preme Master Ching Hai for the SUPREME MASTER CHING HAI ASSISTANCE PRO-GRAM to be given to poor people needing medical assistance, educational assistance, free burial for deceased people from low income families who cannot afford burial fees, free hospitalization, free medical assistance and the like.

This program is being undertaken to help suffering people who are too poor to pay for medical care and other basic needs .All donations and assistance will be properly receipted and forwarded to the office of the donor on a quarterly basis, or when necessary. Being a personal friend of the Supreme Master Ching Hai, I have handled her donations before, which I turned over to a foundation. But donations to foundations do not seem to reach the needy people directly. Thus, this assistance program is being initiated to ensure that the help to the poor benefits them directly, and to spare them from hardships in life.
