A Joyous Reunion

On June 4, 2001, initiates arrived from many countries, jubilant and anxiously waiting to be reunited with Master. At long last, the Master we had missed for over a year showed up, charging the atmosphere with Her presence. She was happy and relaxed, and still ever so beautiful in a yellow dress and sporting the golden hair we first saw in Korea.

Master-disciple Question-and-answer Session

Master then happily and patiently answered questions raised by initiates. In response to one question, She said that when we see the Light, it means we are at a higher level. At that time, the whole world disappears, proving that it is but an illusion, one that is false and unreal. In addition to Her physical body, both the inner Light and the inner Sound are the Master, She said.

The next day, Master came to see us before lunch and stayed to have lunch with us, during which time a sister asked Master to hold an international retreat. To this, She said that initiates could have local retreats instead of international retreats. As long as we readily accept everything that Master gives us, we should not listen to any demands raised by our mind's desires.

To questions raised by the initiates, Master said that some non-spiritual questions brought about a painful energy that felt like pebbles being thrown at Her. "The pebbles may be small, but they still hurt," She said. She added that we were not to ask questions that could be answered at the Spiritual Information Desk, such as requesting Her permission to be a resident or a Quan Yin messenger. And we were not to ask other types of questions designed to get Her attention. She told us that when we ask such questions, we bring Her down, and She wanted fervently to bring us up to higher levels. For those who ask for Master's blessing on their wisdom eye, She took the opportunity to remind us that we are blessed all the time, so there is no need for this physical contact. If She is ready, She will do it spontaneously. From now on we should not ask for these physical blessings.

She told us that we should not swarm and horde around Her, but simply go about what we had been doing before She appeared, and then She would feel freer to wander around and have the opportunity to approach people who needed Her most. She indicated that in this way, She was better able to give the most blessing where it was most needed. "God knows what you need," She told us. "And if Hes doesn't know what you need, then what is the point in seeking Hirm?"

She indicated that we needed to decrease our reliance on Her by pressing upon us the need to begin envisioning ourselves as Buddha and creating our own blessing. "What you think, you become," She said. "You must constantly say to yourself, 'I am Buddha, I am Buddha.' And in this way you will become Buddha." She encouraged us not to complain, but to raise our consciousness so as to be happy with what we have and enjoy this time together.
