A new clothes washing solution can save the environment and protect your pocketbook. The product is called "Eco-Balls," and they are used instead of washing powder to clean your clothes. You place three eco-balls in your washing machine instead of detergent. Mixed with water, they produce ionized oxygen that activates the water molecules naturally and allows them to penetrate deep into clothing fibers to clean dirt away. They are reusable for over 1000 washes and cost on average 3p (6 US cents) per wash. Less pollution will go into the environment because the balls contain no chemicals.
