Through the love and support of many fellow initiates from around Formosa, Kinmen now has a restaurant where people can enjoy pure vegetarian food.

[Kinmen] Amidst the thunderous roar of firecrackers and cheering, the long-awaited Wonderful Mom Healthy Vegetarian House opened in Kinmen on June 2, 2001. During the process of establishing the restaurant, local initiates were greatly impressed by the many earnest fellow practitioners from all over Formosa who came on their own initiative to extend their support. Through our joint efforts, the Vegetarian House was at last established.

In Kinmen, it is very difficult to find a restaurant that serves pure vegetarian food. Therefore, the birth of the Wonderful Mom Healthy Vegetarian House was a delightful surprise to local residents! In the month since its opening, the restaurant has been frequented by a number of patrons, including soldiers, monastic people, and working people, all of whom are absolutely impressed by its delicious food and serene and harmonious ambience. In the Vegetarian House, a Publications Circulation Corner allows fellow initiates to disseminate Master's teachings while advocating a vegetarian lifestyle.
