[Oklahoma
City] During Thanksgiving weekend 2003, Oklahoma initiates
held a two-day retreat, attended by practitioners from their state
as well as from Austin, Missouri and Boston, to celebrate the first
anniversary of the Oklahoma Center.
On the last evening of the retreat,
professional artist Ha Cam Tam, who has written many beautiful commentaries
on Master’s paintings for the News magazine, also attended and
discussed Her works created from 1992 to 1994 in many countries around
the world. Aided by his extensive knowledge and experience in the
area of fine art, Mr. Ha explained the beauty and unique technical
characteristics of each of Master’s works with respect to their
amazing composition, beautiful brush strokes and lively colors. Since
ancient times, from East to West, few have reached the spiritual heights
attained by Master in the field of visual art. And most inspiring
is the fact that all of Her creations offer colorful and insightful
moral lessons; so they are extremely beneficial tools in practitioners’
spiritual evolution. As Master has said many times, She never learned
to paint from a teacher or attended art school, yet She was able to
create these wonderful works through divine inspiration.
All who attended the Thanksgiving 2003
retreat in Oklahoma were very pleased to have had the chance to learn
more about the supreme art revealed in Master’s paintings. And
by the retreat’s end everyone’s heart was filled with
fond aesthetic memories and the bliss of a fruitful meditation experience.
